It was a love affair at first sight with this L’Agence black, fringe, leather jacket. Funny enough, I used to not be into fringe. At least, not into the festival fringe, which I feel has been overdone for quite sometime. But then last year, something switched — I started being drawn to fringed pencil skirts and accessories. And then somehow, someway, I took a chance on a fringed jacket and never looked back.
Now, I still do believe that most fringe is no good. It can be so cheesy, especially if worn with a bunch of other wannabe festival garb. I took a Western approach with this outfit and styled this leather fringe jacket with the basics — a white tee, girlfriend jeans and classic heels — and then played up the fringe with turquoise earrings and a choker.
I’ve been digging the Western thing lately… perhaps all those bandanas I’ve been wearing have taken over my brain somehow. What do you think of this look? Let me know! xx
